  • i rather stay at at the wizarding world of harry potter

  • Rather spend the night in Mt. Everest with the Yeti :P

  • fucking lucky mother fuckers

  • SO JEALOUS

  • If I ended up having to stay the night on the HM cause it broke down, me and my brother were the only two people on the ride and Disneyland had closed for the night I think I'd probably sleep in the Doombuggy. At least it would be a lot safer than sleeping anywhere else in the HM, especially around Gus, Ezra and Phineas - they love to hitchhike.

  • I don't believe this is real. Photoshop!

  • What did they charge for that??

  • What did these foolish mortals do to get such an honor? Everyone leaves me out of the loop of everything!

  • @DerHatboxGhost I know. It's a pity you were taken out of the ride a few weeks after opening - If I knew what I was doing I'd have you back in your original spot scaring first-time riders.

  • Well at least it isn't me there - I'd probably serve as an extra scare for the mansion when I hear the cars go by...

  • Spreading the ashes of ANYONE is not only UNSAFE, but also ILLEGAL. Hello toxic hazard!

  • I'm so jealous!!!

  • @PavelosF Really?? How did you find out it was THIS family, because I've heard of that story before!!

  • @group935research look carefully at the pretty fat women, i think she has something looking like a vase in hand... And also the members.

  • @PavelosF Hmmm....You know, if it really is the boy's ashes, it would kind of make sense. The story says he loved the HM, and it looks like this family is die-hard fans as well! Very good observations, I'm going to look into this.

  • wow that is so cool!!!

  • It's amazing what Disney did to decorate the one elevator room just for the one family staying overnight. Very cool

  • @Singamajigfan200 haha thats hilarious..then the ghost says, "ok jeez im sorry"

  • i would never be able to handle a night like that

  • the girl looks freaked out lol

    what is he,4:20,looking at.

I think I would be fun to stay over at the park at night,I mean in the actual park, unless you have to stop an army of evil Disney characters called the overtakers,That's from books called kingdom keeper their are 4 books so far,the 4th comes out soon.

  • @PikachuJackskeling94 the ghosts at 1:50 are Gus, Ezra and Phineas

  • AAAAAH ACAPELLA GRIM GRINNING GHOSTS <3 that's my favorite version and I can't find an mp3 anywhere :(

  • Comment removed

  • and to everyone on this thread if you yourself work at Disney as cast members you all know how many rumors there truly are if otherwise records are your best answers and maybe cast members that work these attractions that have been there awhile or know people that have.... you would be surprised how these parks are run and how many silly things happen everyday just like any other theme parks... but deaths again records and some cast members are your best bet :)

  • Awww dude i listen to mark and brian all the time in the morning! hahahahahaha!!

  • Glee ain't got nothin on the ghosts in the begining

  • umm.... two words Obviously Fake

  • @fan912321 Um, you are wrong. This was an actual event where this family stayed the entire night beginning at midnight until 6:00am on August 9, 2009 for the 40th Anniversary of the ride. They won this through a radio show called Mark & Brian in LA.

  • Someone did spread their ashes on this ride.

But the ride was then shut and decontaminated because of it.

  • @bexiiaye That was pirates not Haunted Mansion

  • @MattsWorld95 Actually not it happens a lot in the Haunted Mansion.

The newspaper cleverly picked on that the one ghost empty space described in the ride had now been filled.

  • @bexiiaye: So what? If you believe in ghosts, they could still exist, spiritually speaking. *cackles madly*

  • can you imagine Mexican's spending a night there? lololol my mom wouldnt let go of her mother mary mini statue.

  • @MrBradleighB i don't get it

  • dont see the other videos that says ghost the video will scare you they are joking

  • Ok, what the hell is this?

  • When I was a kid weird things happened to me after i got off this ride that i convinced myself we had picked up a hitchhiking ghost

  • You can tell it's the Dapper Dans because of their arrangement of "Grim Grinning Ghosts", specifically their "DOOMdomDOMdumDUM..." background.

  • That's so cool :)

  • PS 8:13 whats going on with the family?

  • I'd do that anyday. that would be sooo awesome

  • You know what ride I'd like to stay in overnight? The Carousel of Progress in Disney World. It looks like it would be a comfortable place to stay lol.

  • YOU CAN FUCKING STAY IN THE MANSION?????? I WANNA Lol its like my FAVE RIDE EVER!!!!! I love those singing guys there amasing lol THERE IS SOMTHING BEHIND YOU OMG lol im like scared somthing is gonna pop up and scare the piss outa me lol.

  • GRIM GRINNIG GHOSTS COME ON TO SOCIALIZEEEEE LUCKY FAMILY BESIDES I WILL BE SCARED ANYWAYS LOL

  • I'd love to spend the night there

  • I would DIE to stay a night in a disney attraction! That's so freakin' cool!

  • LUCKY : )

  • is that how the rooms look

  • you are the luckiest people on earth

  • they're brave. there's an urban legend that there's real ghosts in there.

  • @angel12235 well that would be true but no ones ever died there. but that doesnt nessaseiraly mean..... idk id be more afraid of the animitronics coming to life

  • @Animallover30000 they're computer controlled - so unless the computer becomes sentient and decides it wants to take over the world rather than control robots that scare the crap out of HM riders you're safe.

  • lucky ! i wanna stay in it(:

  • that would have been way to much fun for one family.

  • Example: Many have heard of the story in which a little boy got out of his Doom Buggy in an attempt to chit chat with Madame Leota in the seance room. Unfortunately, given the building's structure, Madame Leota's table is hoisted onto a plank of sorts, leaving a big giant hole in between the Doom Buggy ttracks and Madame Leota's table. That said, with it being dark, the boy didn't see the hole and he fell to his death. Since then, he has haunted the Mansion with the other residents.

  • @TherealRNO Here in Kansas City, a girl fell from the Timber Wolf...a wooden roller coaster because she removed her safety harness. When a death occurs in a theme park, there is no way to suppress the news getting out. there are witnesses. If there was a death at a nationally know park like WDW then it would have been headline news.

  • @TherealRNO I thought it was a grown man who never knew about special effects

  • @TherealRNO

That one is a myth. Although it is also said that a young boy died (in hospital) and his mom asked to have his ashes buried on the HM Cemetery since it was his favorite ride, but Disney declined. So, she took his ashes with her on the rides and threw them, scattering them in the Cemetery scene INSIDE the ride.

    True or Myth?????

  • @haitipi umm...it was pirates of the carribeann. so... your wrong.

  • @chelsmarie170

Listen (figure of speech), it is an Myth, how could I be wrong when it was made up? Seems to be a silly point to argue. It's like saying, "Hey, that lie you told isn't true!"

You will be pleased that BOTH versions of the URBAN LEGEND have been noted in the # 1 Urban Legend Website, SNOPES, although the Haunted Mansion Version has been documented since 1999 , whereas the POTC version doesn't start popping up until 2002.The legend now exist at Disney World Too!

  • @haitipi umm. Listen. its not a "Myth" if it actually happened. Lots of people have done it. MMkay. Mr. RUDE

  • @chelsmarie170

    And you call me rude?

So,proof of it happening is what? That you said it happened?

You are "conversing" with a dead person. I have documents from three countries that "confirm" that I have died. But obviously it is not so.

Believe me,I like the story and would be happy as can be if it were proven true. But since it is reported on 2 different rides each at two different parks, wouldn't you say a Red Flag**has been thrown?(**Term we investigators use to indicate fraud warning)

  • @haitipi check it out you pompous ass. I know what a "red flag" is, Im not five. So you and your fake "Im an investigator!" spiel can not waste your time responding to me again. You're an idiot.

  • @chelsmarie170

PLEASE check out "snopes dot com" . They will give you the run down.

Thank you for your kind patience. As per your request, I will refrain from any further correspondence

  • Respond to this video... I mean, I have given you dates and sources, as much as I was willing to note without having to do time consuming research. As an investigator, I try not to make a habit of slinging unsubstantiated evidence, or at least proof that can not BE substantiated.

I am a big fan of Disney. Not so much the cartoons and movies, but of the company and the way it is run. More corporations should be run this way. So, I guess I am a little defensive.

  • Respond to this video...

Also, the boy's ghost has reportedly been seen at the Doom Buggy disembarkation area at Disneyland. I was just there yesterday, but since they are operating the Nightmare Before Christmas version, the boy's ghost might be upset, and isn't showing himself!

  • @haitipi I heard that story before. It's true. You are right

  • @TherealRNO the little fella just wanted to have his fortune read and he didn't realise she wasn't real - poor guy.

  • Wow, this video reminds me of a dream I once had. In that dream I stayed in the haunted mansion with my mom and two friends. The haunted mansion (it was the one in paris i dreamed about) was changed into a spooky hotel and everyone slept in the room next to the elevator. Hahaha, it's like my dream came true!

  • @Cinedragon it's like a trnsition from haunted mansion to tower of terror

  • what happn to the family

  • But he does say they are

  • I just notice it the the elevator there staying in

  • wy id yall stay at the haunted mansion?

  • Debbie Stone. Ya, ha, ha....would you feel that way if you knew her B****272 ? What if it was someone you went to school with ? How sad you are.

  • i would pee my pants

  • Try going back to the 70's....there was a teenage girl that worked there and was crushed between moving panels/door type mechanical area. I know, she went to my school and I could see the Disneyland fireworks from my backyard in Brea, close to Anaheim. She was a very outgoing and intelligent person. I sadly do not recall her name, just her face and story.

  • I think she was Debbie. Haha

  • @minxy123able Your thinking of Debbie Stone, she was 18 when she was crushed to death by a revolving stage on the attraction "America Sings". Some people have claimed to see her ghost in the Innoventions House which replaced America Sings.

  • @Benstudio13 Yes, I am. I knew of her. I didn't know about the 'sightings' or claims, that is interesting. She had the reputation of being a very nice person. There was a memorial at our' school and I remember a lot of people being affected.

  • how do you get to stay there? do they still do it?

  • How did they get to stay on here?

    X's

  • According to public records, there's at least 3 recorded deaths where the person was pronounced dead on the scene (within Disneyland) if your crushed and splattered on a ride with no signs of life they can't say you died at the hospital. Disney may keep it out of the news but records must be true the facts. Laws are laws.

  • @battyjenni I thought they cant declare you dead inside the park so they move the corpse outside the park to declare them dead, maybe thats just a rumor

  • you guys dont know what the hell you are talking about. I am a disneyland enthusiast and I think i would know who died in the park or not. Obviously the people that drowned died in the park. Obviously that person that got hit on the Columbia got killed in the park. But the rest died in the hospital. No duh. It's not unlikely...

  • @YensidZero i thought disneyland enthusiasts were nice...?

  • @YensidZero no actually the guy on the columbia was declared brain dead at the hspital

  • @YensidZero no actually the guy on the columbia was declared brain dead at the hospital crack heads live at the haunted maasion im more of a disney land enthusiast

  • There are no REAL ghosts at Disneyland. Except for the 999 happy haunts in the Haunted Mansion.

    --- Sarah <3

  • me and numerous cameras, eye witnesses, and true stories have to disagree...

  • @OnPointe13: There are real ghosts in both the Mansion and the Tower of Terror. The Mansion's 999 Happy Haunts are artificially manufactured with mirrors and other tricks. Still, there have been deaths at the park. Disney just doesn't make record of the deaths that do actually occur, because saying that guests have died at the park ruins the Happiest Place on Earth facade.

  • @TherealRNO Actually they do keep track of their accidents (this includes incidents that lead to non-lifethreatening injuries and deaths) you just have to look it up : P. There's an article in wikipedia about it.

  • @DIRECTVable: Wikipedia can be edited by anyone, you know, so I wouldn't trust that site with much. Whether Disney knows of the death toll or not is irrelevant, for it is clear that the Mouse House wants to sweep it all under the rug to keep up its park image as The Happiest Place On Earth.

  • @TherealRNO If you would be smart enough to research, you would know that not only does Wikipedia has an article about it, but also other websites. There are many website about it. Oh and if you would know about Wikipedia, you would also know that they delete all articles with false information. Learn your stuff before you theorize.

  • @DIRECTVable: Wikipedia doesn't always delete articles with false info. They only do so when they feel it prudent. Otherwise, they could leave false info up for months or even years at a time.

  • @TherealRNO Oh really? Like which article? They don't leave articles with false information for more than a few hours, or in the worst case scenario a couple of days.

  • @TherealRNO

That is actually a myth (That Disneyland Suppresses death stories). There are several places to read about all of the deaths on Disney property. All but three were the fault of the riders (Employee crushed in America Singes, Man Killed on Big Thunder when car derails, and man(??) killed when the Columbia's Rigging came loose swinging down and killing him). Three deaths have been caused by Drunk Students on Grad Night. This is all public info. Check SNOPES.com

  • @TherealRNO

What? Do you think Disney has it's own sovereignty outside of the laws of California? All of these deaths are on record with the Orange County Registr and were investigated by Anaheim authorities and Orange County (California) Coroner. In Florida, Dr. G (From the Cable TV Series) has featured Disneyworld deaths on her show, as she is the Coroner of Orange County , Florida (Disney loves Counties named "Orange"

  • @OnPointe13 VERY true. =) Silly rumors. Even if someone DID spread ashes on a ride, they would get caught. There are security camera in the rides, and they vaccum up the rides each night. They keep the rides very safe all the time. There are NO real ghosts at Disney Parks people! :)

  • @kiwigurl17 you would be surprised were people spread ashes, we had to clean them up multiple times, and when it happened it happened and there are actually many areas in the attractions not fully video taped... well atleast at WDW I know that for sure :P it kind of sucks too bc those people will drop ashes places and if some it can be swept it will be if somewhere unnoticeable or no one sees it stays for a little while and if in water well they go into the filtration systems and pumps haha

  • Comment removed

  • @kiwigurl17 so which attraction did you work again?

  • Comment removed

  • @RJben I don't want to start a fight, so I'm going to delete my comments. Sorry to bother you.

  • Phineas. Ezra, and Gus are the Dapper Dans you can tell.

  • As is the butler

  • why did they get to spend the night? is it just because it is creepy becuase it's not really haunted right?

  • actually it is rumored to really be haunted

  • really? what from/who from? do you know the story?

  • Well obviously Disneyland is haunted. There have been a total of 10 deaths caused from disneyland (some people were injured and died in the hospital) . Ghosts have been spotted in the parks before and paranormal activity has been spotted in the Haunted Mansion (no pun intended lol) and Mr. Toads Wild Ride. I've never seen anything there myself but just look it up on google. You might me surprised. Also something about the haunted mansion was that ...

  • @YensidZero 14 deaths in the park

  • I wasn't counting cast members. Besides not all those people died IN Disneyland. Some people got injured and then died in the hospital the next day.

  • Thre are no recorded deaths in Disneyland, disneyland makes sure of that. They always pronounce the person as deceased in the hospital and never the park because then it takes away from the happiness and reputation of the park.

  • thats true

  • @biscuitsngravy9

Disney has no power over this.

  • lol my cousin works at disneyland and he says other wise.

  • a family was on the ride and they were spreading their dead sons ashes throughout the ride. But the monitors caught them (they were doing it without permission) and all the ashes where cleaned out. Besides that their are not specific stories about the Haunted Mansion.

  • ohhhh, thank's :]

  • I probably know everything about disneyland so if you have any questions you can just come to me first lol ( i swear I spend about half of my day looking up the history of disneyland)

  • thank you :] i will (:

  • @YensidZero really me too! I have actually found disneyland vintage park maps and bought them

  • lol. me too, but i started getting in trouble for being on the computer too much so i had to stop. im starting to get into it again.

  • this makes me want 2 b a surgeon for 1 surgery u gt paid like $500,000

  • ...I'm so jealous.

  • Ok seeing this, I am full of jeolousy.

  • did they do this because they won it in the Year of A Million Dreams thing?

  • i would love to stay there. of course i'd fall asleep in the dining hall part, next to the hidden mickey.

  • I'd rather sleep in Phantom Manor, in Paris. But this is still cool.
