try the rapala flat rap. its new, and it works with 3 way rigging and shallow casting and reeling.

u missed three key baits the shad rap the minnow rap and berkley hollow belly swimbaits are the three top producing lures where i fish

Actually yeah they can. Troll by the weed edges where the walleyes hang around and rocky points and bottoms. Especially during spawning season( depending where you live at, like where I live thats the last 2 weeks of march and the first 2 weeks of April). The females will be eating a lot.
