i did 1 of brucies missions like this.i was gonna steal a patriot but it was heavily guarded(i had only a pistol)and the cops showed up(i didnt have a wanted lvl,the enemies did though.)i let them kill the drug dealers and waited for them to leave but they just kept hitting the wall and backing up.they turned all the way around,but i think they were trying to back out.
