Okay this is the first time i'm watching it and i realise some people are talking crap so I will correct them. 1. the videos are named after songs it seems. And if you listen to the music in this one, the guy is singing TOOTSIE ROLL-

2- from that I have seen most group/line dancing has some elements that are common and the trainer here seems to especially use the electric slide which is a great and easy base to start from.
