you gotta find some brass players who like elfman's current stuff and bring back the boingo. im a tuba player in college at csuf and have played oingo stuff in ensembles because elfman himself is SUPER tight on the rights. but you should put together a tribute band, and if your local to socal may very well have musicians interested in throwing together a group to play. i mean with a few heads we could get all this stuff out and down on paper for fat ass sessions

I'm another Boingo fan who had the great pleasure of getting in touch with Steve Bartek. I got an email from him after he read a piece I wrote about him in the arts section of a newspaper I was contributing to a few years back. he was very gracious and put up with me bothering him about how to play some of his guitar parts :) This is a great video, kudos for putting it up.
