ok you guys apparently are misreading what my comments were meaning and i guess thats ur problem for not actually reading them. I SAID......IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE TO HAVE A DEAD CHILD IN A LOVE SONG/POEM MEANT TO CHEER PEOPLE UP! i never once said anything negative about our soldiers, nor have i said anything negative about their spouses. My only comment was about the picture of the child in A LOVE SONG!. Rest of the video was amazing.

My fiance leaves for Afghanistan in June, we'll be married in May. I'm from a military family, so I know what I face by marrying someone in the military, but if having to comfort my soldier after flashbacks or nightmares consume him, then that's something that I have to do. Thank you for posting this video and making it in general. Ignore the negative comments...let them face what our soldiers face and then I dare them to make those comments. I love my Army MP!

GabiBabi12 : I really dont know what Advice to give....I didnt have really anyone to go to when he left to help me feel better. I can say having his mom and family to talk to helps ALOT!! I talk to his mom everyday. I have my family too. I write to my bf everyother day sometimes more. And that helps. I dont get to talk to him often but when i do its amazing. Ive talked to him 2xs in the last week which isnt the norm. I norm wait 2weeks before i hear from him again. Stay strong!!

@GabiBabi12 communication is key. Be there everytime he has the slim chance of calling, chatting VIA the net, etc. It will mean so much to him that you have his back in that regard as well as it will comfort you to know that he is ok. Care packages with pics, letters, etc. also mean a lot. Most of all pray, and keep your wits about you. Military spouses/girlfriends/boyfriends are of a different caliber, and you have to dig deep inside and find strength.

I really loved your movie.you did a great job!and the picture of the child I don't believe there was anything vulgar about it because when something like that happens to a soldier it is the army wife that has to sooth that memory from her husbands mind at night when nightmares wake him up. If the people watching this video make comments like that it's often because they don't understand the signficance of it. Once again Great movie! keep up the good work!

I am a soldier's girl as well! It truly does hurt when they are gone for months at a time. For now, I am glad that he is still here with me, but i know there is a chance that he maybe on deployment within the next year or two. I just have to pray for his safety and encourage him in the work that he is doing. This is beautiful and whoever thinks this is gay must be gay themselves and not have a heart!
