Mariah ALWAYS does that! She came to Turkey three years ago for a hotel opening, and there were a few fans who welcomed her. Despite her exhaustion off the plane, she acted very cheerfully to them, agreed to chat for a few minutes, let them take photos and even mentioned them on Twitter the same evening. You can hear and see so many examples, even here on YouTube and her DVD releases. She may be a diva, but when it comes to her fans, she always has some time and kindness for them.

Madonna has stopped for fans before, and Madonna is way more famous than Kylie and gets mobbed everywhere unlike Kylie, Kylie is nowhere near as famous or as interesting as Madonna, she's far less busy than Madonna, she has no kids, and still eve if bitchier Madonna is still better than Kylie.
She's such a lady. :)
