Been wanting to hear this for years saw somewhere that Argerich plays this.I dont understand how serious learning of a work allows her to look at everything a composer writes but she has never played him in public 4or 5th sonatas she did in youth .Unless he wrote a cello son or work for voice or 2 pianos I guess we wont be hearing Argerich's Skryabin... This Shimkus is amazingbeeth op106 Rach2nd son and this.what a lot of rep he must have and what a mind too play this kind of work in public.
Actually, Scriabin wrote TWO colors to be shown. This is only the "secondary" color, which just "ascends chromatically" over time. The "primary", which moves with the harmonies, is missing. When you see two colors, it's just the "secondary" color changing...

Powerful, dramatic, and not one minute of bordom. Certain mistakes from some of the brass instruments, but overall, this is great!!
