SPOLIER* continue* and at last leave that yuki alone in that other world. the dissapearnce of haruhi are cause by yuki. yuki are the one who make an error and after that make all this happen. the reason she wish for haruhi in different place are because in the original world she felt very tired involving herself in trouble create by haruhi. she like to live in peaceful life. kyon having hard time to choose weather to live in original world or other world because he at last knew how yuki feels.

SPOILER* in that other world version, yuki has lost her power and become a normal human because the real yuki in original world wish for herself to be like that. everybody are change in the movie and all sos member didnt recognize each other. because yuki wish for that. the one who doesnt change are only kyon because yuki want kyon to decide weather to choose the original world or the world that yuki wish for because she like to have emotion. but unfortunately at last kyon choose original world.
