actually, i've heard that ozzy was complaining about merchandise during their reunion tour containing the black sabbath name, and he reqeusted their name be changed, or he would have to get some of the money made of the merchandise, or something to that extent, thats what ive heard

Definitely true with Gillan, but Ozzy's at least equal to Dio imho. And he definitely tops Dio when we're talking about stage presence!
