I think they both as good except rock Band hav shit contollers like on my Rock band controller the buttons keep getting stuck and they too big.

But the tour mode is more better

I created Satriani, John Paul Jones, and Slash using this creator. With that I made Satch's JS1200, JPJ's 61' Fender Jazz bass, and Slash's custom goldtop. Its not that bad of a creator, but the way they decided to do coloring, like picking a different hair color, etc, is way fucked up.

yes. you just can't slide. but you can strum the slide parts, thats what i do, it's way easier.

its true that rb1 for wii didnt have character creation but on gh:wt the only downside for me was that every character i made looked exactly the same and that they never blinked 0.0 so i bought rb2 instead.

Yes, they fiannally put charecter customation in guitar hero, its something i've wanted since the first game, and i love that you can make your own guitar and drums, i can't wait for this game

this looks really cool but i hate the in game graphics, in guitar hero everyone stays in the same place, in rock band everyone is moving around, the singer dose a stage dive, the lead guitarist slides on his knees during a solo, the lights change based on the mood of the song, so if its like heavy metal there will be fire and flames and if its goth it will be dark and scary looking, its just rock band is more serious and realistic

yea but the animation in rock band is heavily flawed, first your singer jumps into the crowd, which is awesome, but when the camera switches back theyre standing in the middle of the stage, thats not very realistic.. also, alot of the time the singer will walk through the guitarist.. i see where your comin from but its so flawed, when i see the guitarist slide, i wanna see the guitarist still on their knees when the camera switches over.. and rock band doesnt do that sick guitar cam enough lol

i know how you feel, i used to be a hardcore guitar hero fan too. but i had to give it up when rock band came out. have you seen rock band's drum's they are totally badass they are all black and metal and you can buy full cymbols not these little 1/3 of a cymbal things, guitar hero copied rock band on everything except on one thing....song creation, which is really cool, i might buy it just for that, i really hope red octane and harmonix would get back together, they could make such a good game.

no, the drums that come packaged with rock band don't have cymbals. while guitar hero may be taking some hints from rock and, it's an exageration to say that they're copying EVERYTHING. and yes, the song creator looks extremly awesome

with rock band you don't NEED the cymbals so if they are too hard or confusing you can keep the normal drums, but with guitar hero you NEED the cymbals so if they are too hard or confusing YOUR FUCKED, can't wait to try song creation i am goin to make like so many songs, i hope this little battle of the band games war ends soon because harmonix and red octane need to come back to

actually rock band drums will be compatible with GH:WT. i was quite happy when i found that out, and yes, harmonix and red octane both made amazing music games, but they're pretty much the same. they really should get back together

when you play with your friends, you just put memory card in and load your chracter :) that would be awesome
