I contacted apple support in itunes and I just said I tried to download this item can I get a refund or will you fix the error and one of the person's who worked there emailed me back and he added a video credit to my account. If you contacted the support team through email it said that they can take up to 48 hours to reply so maybe your refund is coming. Good luck! They really should give a refund though, its not fair!
