@nouchkipouchki1 I can tell you that myself as one of the choreographers have visited many dance festivals. Big and small, in the UK and abroad. To me it is not who you work with that makes you an artist but its about your experiences, your message, your craft. I have a complete personal vision of as you say 'what must be dance' but this never stays the same it grows and changes as you develop as a person. All 3 pieces in In The Dust are so different to each other, both stylistically
My advise , buy your 3 choreographers some books and video of history of dance, and bring them to see some performances in big Festivals like KUNSTEN or IMPULSTANZ. If after that they continue to do the same work , it means that is not innocent. Is not a pleasure for me to lose time to write such a bad comments, is just that is so sad , in particular for the audience !!! Only if you are real artist, then you feel the responsibility to be one. When you are not , then you just move, and move...
Dear Fitztam, you are totally right !!! Maybe working with artists like Bob Wilson, Jerome Bel, Jan Fabre or Ivo Dimchev made me have real lack of understanding why all those fake artist have to exist and pollute. Just think a bit , is logical than they look to have all the same work. If you are choreographer and you don't have personal vision of what must be dance, you can only copy what you learn or saw somewhere.
it look like a very bad copy of Wim Vandekeybus choreography from the 90s …….. i cant understand why people are doing this. Or they are ignorant about history of dance or they just copy to make some money and after serve this shit work to other ignorant people like art …. in both cases it must be consider like a crime ……too bad that this impostors will come to my country and full people that this has value …..Christian Bakalov
@nouchkipouchki1 3 different choreographers created these 3 different pieces so how they could of all 'copied work' is ridiculous. We receive no regular funding from any state government and therefore never do things for the money. I understand if you dont like it, thats your opinion, but your comments are not based on fact they are based on a lack of understanding.

This is not art because there is no creation.
