Do want, however if the dumbass doctor wouldn't have made me sleep with my ears flopped over, i wouldn't need this surgery. That bitch.

This has, and still is, caused me years of insecurity, rejects of girls, and people at school picking on me, (i.e name calling). I was pleased to hear that a fix can be done in a surgery. However i can only see me getting it done years from now when i'm older.

Hey, Im here to answer a bit of your question. You see, I recently finished my operation and trust me, It looks a lot better than it was before :).

Right after the operation, you feel very dissy and may feel vomity. Well, i'm 14 and that is the key age of feeling vomity.

For about 1-4 days, your ear will be swallen. Yes It sometimes hurts a lot. I took strong pain killers.

You have a bandage on for around 7 days then you go back to the clinic to get it taken off and tadaaa!

Your ears stood out the same top and bottom and that's why you achieved a decent result. Mine stood out much more at the top (and the bottom part lobe was bad enough). For anyone thinking of having this done take a finger and push your ear back from about half way down. How does it look? Mr erian at the Cambridge private hospital done mine and had to reshape my ear to ensure it looked natural. Good result and would recommend. Can't say if I would be so happy after having in Prague

I still sleep flat tho, i jus prop pillows on either side of me so i dont roll... I cant sleep upright at all :(

@spinks1 @spinks1 well it is a very important op so despite prices, finding the best surgeons is also important, well i looked up on the net and the price range in turkey seems to be between £700 - £1800 but these are just quotes and i dont know if they are recent prices but it will definately be cheaper than the UK, so which hospital did ypu go to in prague id like to reasearch them, thanks. btw was sleeping a problem after the op?

@xxxkingforadayxxx erm...ears were bruised for about two weeks, swelling completely goes after about 2 months and numbness maybe a year, u dont lose total feeling but a few times i left a ciggarette in my ear not knowing it was there! haha, im almost two years post op now and still believe it was best decision ever made, i was a confident person anyway but no am even more! hope this helps mate

Im having mine done on the NHS in the UK in about 2 -3 weeks and im absolutley shitting it! My ears look exactly like yours before your op & im hoping for the same results. Ive seen the surgical procudure video on youtube and its freaked me out!!!, when you wake up after the operation does it hurt like hell? my ears kill me if i go out in the cold for half an hour without a hat never mind having them sliced open!

uk was looking at 2500 - 3500 pounds!! absolute joke, takes some guts to go abroad but well worth it for me! saved me alot, if i would have had the money though i wouldnt have had it dont abroad! do it, best decsion i have EVER made

i had the same problem but i decided to look better, no for the people, i did it because i want to look better, i dont care about people.

but here in costa rica u just have to pay 800 dollars, and is so cheap .

id use local anestisia and i didnt sleep and i didnt feel anything, so that was cool.
