Excellent work. The original wasn't too long in my opinion, but the CGI models sucked so bad that weren't even comparable to older movies ones. This edit cuts off all of the CGI's so it contributes to give a better impression of the movie. I wouldn't have been disappointed if that scene was edited like you did in the actual movie

I agree with all your points. The computer-generated versions of the characters were so fake as to be almost disgusting. There is at least one point during which the face on CGI Neo reminds me of Nick Stokes from CSI, oddly enough. (No comment--save for the obvious--on how the live-action Neo reminds me of Dr. Octopus from Spiderman 2 at 0:53-0:54.)

Dude the whole thing people remember the matrix for is the legendary fight scences. the matrix set the standard for fight scences.If you take out the scence or shorten it you're kind of ruining the point of it.The people who made this film knew that the times when they're out of the matrix can get boring so the fight scenes are really what prevent us from not watching the movie.Besides that fight scence is like the best one in the trilogy.oh well good day.what grade did you get in your project?

First and foremost, it was a good edit job the cut were seamless and smooth nice work. Now with than said is still the original cut because there was a point for it in the context of film. Now if you going to do a film cut he it you test do the who trilogy. For those with neg comments, neg comments are fine but be a little more adult and intelligent bout it. While it does make it 'short and sweet' You just don't get the same impact with the shorter version. Alot of people like the long fight sequence and all you did was take out alot of the 'pew pew' that people love in films. I wouldn't say you ruined the film but it's just not the same. However it would be impossible to do much of a better job with such a small amount of time... Perhaps if you tried cutting it down to around 3:30-4:00 it would have better impact and such. Good job though, 4 stars.
