@swankman365 Yeah, but the Simpsons is more of my time than the Carpenters are. I first heard this song as a little kid during the second season of Simpsons, when it played at Homer and Marge's prom in "The Way We Was." For that, I'll always associate this song with that show, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Plenty of people associate Bohemian Rhapsody with Wayne's World, and that's fine. They still know the song.

My first exposure, however, was my parents who were in their early 20s (I think) when this song came out.
