I'm fairly certain the fossa is not actually chasing that particular sifaka. Fossa are only readily visible in Kirindy and the spiny forest is further south. It's a fairly common technique I've seen in nature documentaries to film the two animals separately. The fossa may well be chasing A lemur, but it isn't the one that they've making it look like its chasing (do we ever see the fossa in front of Octopus trees? No).
ive seen one attack a wooly lemur, it was so scary it was right next to me on out night walk
