I have a character rigged in 3ds max using a biped. I can animate him, but When I make the biped into a ragdoll and I make the character a rigid body and preview it in reactor My character doesn't folow the ragdoll bipeds moves. What am I doing wrong?

The character doesn't need to be rigid body, in fact they probably shouldn't be involved in the animation at all.

Just animate the biped, and make sure your skin modifier is applied to the actual character :)

Depends on your definition of easy :p

Like almost everything else, 3D Animation is easy to do - it's learning how to do it that might steer you away. If you find 3D Animation interesting, then you'll enjoy learning all the ins-and-outs; but if you don't, you're going to get bored - fast.

Personally though, I love it :D

The character model is extracted from FEAR, and then the scene and animation is rendered in 3ds Max (with Vray)
