  • All I can hear is you smacking your gum!

  • Delta Connection is a really good airline because you get the best seats.

  • is that a nice plane to fly on

  • @gemimijets13 I thought it was a nice plane to fly on.

  • @gemimijets13 oh yeah it's a hell of alot nicer sometimes than the bigger planes Delta flies! Most have leather seats and they are nice and comfortable. The head room is not good at all for a tall person walking around in there you might hit your head lol but it's a nice plane..

  • Great video. If you want to learn more about the CRJ200, flycrjdotcom.

  • is that New Castle County Deleware?

  • yes

  • My stepdad flies these, so i can program the plane and run all the tests and stuff like that

  • crj 700 - loud & very sturdy on take off

  • These ones got some speed on them. I rode in a Northwest/Pinnacle/Compass CRJ-100 from Evansville to Memphis and a few other places - these aircraft really have good acceleration.

  • May I Try Please?

  • Canadair: A phrase borrowing words from Latin and French translating to "Will drive you deaf during a takeoff roll."

All kidding aside, good video. Thanks for posting.

  • does comair have crj 200's anymore or just 100's

  • I start flying these for Tyrolean Airways in about 7 weeks! Cant wait!

  • nice sound the crj series are my favorite commercial airliners

  • ILG is a very nice airport. Lots of "diversity" when it comes to aircraft. I've seen everything from C172's to CRJ's to Mig Fighters

  • The "messing with plane functionality" is now an old wives tale. It goes back to the days when planes had primitive radio and guidence systems that could be disrupted by the simple tuning of an old AM Radio. This problem became moot with the advent of integrated circuits and now digital systems. The real concern is that a cellphone signal could mess up the radar tracking system...but even that is highly disputed.

  • yes, and mostly because of the very different aircraft operational frequencies and the cell phones bands, very, very dissimilar

  • if any one is taking any electric gizmo's for there next flight let me know. I've heard cellphones, laptops, and video camera'sare great for bring them down so rock on

  • Im hoping more people film during flight if its gona make them crash! maybe I can film them crashing and sell it to the highest bidder?

  • filming during flight wont make the plane crash stupid.

  • or at landing, or at cruise speed, or no fucking place whatsoever. Ignorant people tend to fear the things that they ignore.

  • I Like The Gulp At About 2:14, From The Flaps Retracting.

  • I want to thank you all for the great comments.

  • I belive Skywest Regional Airlines do allow Cameras on board.

  • As for Skywest..(they also own ASA)... No they don't, and the few times they did.. it was "approved" through the FAA, unlike this. When they are approved, the FAA knows, and that specific flight is then "monitored" more closely during the filming process.

  • The FAA does not require a "special tag" on a flight because people are making a video recording. That's ridiculous and unheard of.

  • yes they do, its a process of approval. except for people like yourself who choose to break the law.

  • Whatever dude. Your not the police. You just don't get it and you can't stand that fact. I'll be posting the next CRJ-200 video cycle here shortly and there is nothing you can do about it.

  • agreen1972 You could say im breaking the law, however you were not with me on that trip and you basicly have absolutely no clue as to what you are talking about.

  • She is the police if you're on her flight.

  • Dude, don't get so much serious man, who cares they do allow cameras or not. He posted it I saw it. 757 Allow camera during crash for sure...He he...Allah U- Akbar...

  • delta owns ASA and Comair

  • Delta doesn't own ASA anymore.

  • Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA)is a wholly owned subsidiary of SkyWest, Inc.

  • when did that happen? hm...news to me

  • Around 8/15/2005 Delta entered into an agreement to sell ASA to SkyWest, inc for $425 Million. Acquisition completed 9/8/2005.

  • ah...bankruptcy reasons.. i have an ideer, why dont you just remove all of his replies instead of beating a dead horse?

  • Thanks All!

  • great video

  • Obviously someone likes to live dangerously and break Federal Aviation Regulations by having his "portable electronic device" on during a critical phase of flight. Your safety isn't your concern, but you should atleast respect the safety of others and just follow the rules. Or maybe you don't realize that a "portable electronic device" includes video cameras! Duh..."anything w/ a battery should give a clue"!

  • You are dumb!

  • this coming from an ASA f/a? good one!

  • Videos of flight while in flight are made all the time around the world. There is no problem. And the flight was excellent. grow up!

  • oh no! a camera is on! the plane is gonna crash!! gimme a break...

  • Whatever... let somebody get on my flight and video camera and try doing this during the most crucial phases of flight...and they'll be met by security with a huge fine waiting for them at the courthouse. If you don't work in the industry, you really wouldn't care.. but that is what I do and I know that the FAA regulations are there for a reason.

  • Let some punk try to stop the filming process during the most crucial phases of flight and Ill just film it on my cell phone instead.

  • And if you happen to be on a CRJ 200 your cell phone could cause a false cargo smoke alarm in the cockpit. Then again, that would probably be OK with you because at least you'll be able to take pictures of the fire trucks surrounding the airplane. You could even call your mom to tell her about all the fun you caused, I'm sure she'd be proud.

  • You are an idiot. Normally I would elaborate but you're too stupid to understand. (Sorry for all of the big words I used)

  • Go ahead and elaborate! Dazzle all of us with your intelligence! If I have trouble understanding what you write I'm sure I'll be able to find someone to translate for me, I hear Imbecile is the third most common language used online.

  • What people don't realize is that videos of flight while in flight are very educational and cool. Let's think about it and stop being silly.

  • thx soo much for posting this video i hate airplanes more thean anything and tommrrow i am leaving 4 ca and im soo nervous!! but watching this video makes me feel better about it!! :) once again thx!!

  • A first flight expereience in a bombardier is not the most pleasant one, i think

  • I'll drink to that comment... my first CRJ ride, on a -200 was the most god-awful thing I had ever experienced. #2 was not very good either, but after the 2 USAirways (Mesa) flights, I was fine in them.

  • ???? um ok what do you mean stop being silly like about what???

  • I wouldn't want my flight to be a test flight for some idiot w/ a camera only to have that be the sole reason of a crash. It is never proven if they cause intereference for One reason, the pilots usually die before they tell anybody that they couldn't understand the instructions from flight control. So atleast show some respect instead of trying to be sarcastic.

  • Alert! Cameras don't crash planes. In fact they are used in the test flight programs that make it safe for us to fly to begin with.

  • agreen1972 claims to work in the industry, however does not understand that cameras dont cause planes to crash. LOL whats up with that?

  • I didn't say cameras crash planes, and if the FAA was soo comfortable w/ them, they would include them in the "allowed to use at all times" list. Electric currents are what can interfere w/ the systems. and so, you think a cell phone is even better and would be ok. Again...it's an "electronic device". And it wouldn't be about interfering w/ the filming process..but breaking two regulations (you know,"laws") onboard a commercial flight is fine-able. And I pray somebody catchs you.

  • agreen1972 can pray that they catch me making my videos from the jump seat of a private jet. LOL

  • You are just one of "those" people that will never get it. And I pray you never get on my flight.

  • I know you are one of "those" that just don't get it, so why call yourself out? Besides I would not even let you on the flight, so don't flatter yourself.

  • You wish....Do you fly 757 by the way?

  • Ahhh Booh hooo, Look dude people make videos of flight all the time. Its nothing new. Stop waisting your time here, you sure wasted enough of mine.

  • If Camera could crash the plane, BOEING would not offer President an Heavy.

  • ease up mate.

  • I live 5 miles south of there. Did my flight training at ILG

  • if i wasnt such a chicken when it comes to planes i would have been a pilot when im older, but im afraid of them and scared of heights so all i can do is play video games of planes

  • Thanks BrotherDonkey, I love to fly too, I can't wait for the next trip! Who knows when that is. I have some more vids coming soon, Night MD-88 T/O & Land 767-300

  • Nice Video! Great aerial view...! I love flying - but unfortunately I'll have to wait till September of 2007 until I get out of Germany again leaving for Atlanta...10 hours of flight...pretty rough^^
