Mod suggestion if you will. I think swapping that ugly ant-ass tail setup with a slicker more appealing 2007 tail if possible would really compliment the front end.
Besides that, i think the 2006 zx-6r is by far the best looking bike out of all the bikes in the 600cc class built till this day. And thats coming from a cbr600rr owner.
i hav an 04 zx6rr. prbly the best mod i did was the power commander. if u put an exhaust u have to get it or its gonna run too lean or rich & bog out maybe. I put an m4 full race & it sounds awesome! Mine ran 2 rich, so i ran way too hot sitting at red lights. Then i got the pwr comm & dwnloded a map and its a totally different bike. u hav an air filter already so ur pretty much set with the engine, but if u still need more speed, chnge the rear sprocket. Hav fun. Its ur baby. do what YOU want!
Laser exhaust (3 pipes) looks very good on these bikes. I got that on my own.
And you could powdercoat the rims black and keep the green tape on. Tint the turnsignals and the windscreen and buy a smoked taillight with turnsignals integrated :)
I've done those mods + the single seat cover like you have and I think it looks quite nice :)
akrapovic or 2 brothers exhaust. not trying to bash yoshi exhaust or anything, but in my opinion it sounds a little more like a 2 stroke. also get a under tail eliminator or whatever its called. so you can get green tinted front turn signals that look sick. other than that, you have my dream bike, came year, color and everything. enjoy it!

And you dont need a Fender eliminator kit just take off your frount seat and under the battery there will be a place to drill 2 holes to put your plate thats what i did to mine... I will be putting a video of my bike up in the next couple of days go check it out...

Well, a good mod would be to re-adjust the suspension for your height/weight, or atleast return the bike to factory settings. Im pretty sure the bike was lowered cuz the dude you bought it from was short.
That said, in my opinion you should gear up first. If you dont have a good jacket/gloves already I say invest in that first. (pants/boots if you like to go balls out) You can fix/buy a new bike if you crash, but you only have the 1 body. Anyways, have fun and be safe out there bro!
Honestly, lowering the bike means that you will not be able to turn as quickly as normal, UNLESS he also adjusted the forks to keep the stock geometry. And +1 on the Akrapovic exhaust.
m8 akra is da most compatible and ideal exhausts for kawis...most preffered by the racers...dey sound deep n powerfull...go for 1...strongly recommnded,,,ive got 2006 zx6r 636..mines a gun..

Scorpion Exo-700. I like the helmet a lot, has everything I need for under $200. I also have a shoei and an hjc, but for some reason I find myslef wearing this helmet the most.

Fender eliminator kit, alarm system, integrated tail lights, yoshi exhaust. I have the same bike with everything but the alarm (which I'm working on getting) and it's amazing. Take care.
