It's true that people forget how much work is behind this. I used to be very shy (and did not like this about myself at all) and it took me several years of practise and getting over myself to now be the person who can go up to a complete stranger and start a conversation. For presentations I feel that the best way to go is to copy the people who do well in your opinion and when you get more comfortable work your own personality and style into it.
You want excellent? Mixing humor with serious topics and talking with the audience instead of to the audience, kept everyone involved. Try to contact speakerchrisrugh, c0m. Can speak at for press, media, shows, conventions, business events, inspirational events, and of course your event.
Great video! Darren shows that the key to giving a great presentation is to take the time to develop the process that is needed to deliver a powerful speech.

Hey I don't like to be a naysayer, especially when the content of this clip was quite insightful. But content doesn't make a good public speaker. So my criticism is that this guy's approach seemed very contrived. One might say that he lacks charm.
Great speech! Darren shows that the ability to do a good job of speaking in public is a skill that we're not born with, but rather something that all of us can learn to do well...

I think you were not as bad as you like to paint it. YOu were actually good enough to keep the people in the sound foreground giggling nonstop! I propose that you're a better comedian than public speaker.

in 1908 a lady named sally rusa was in the woods looking for a dog until a ghost came and killed her so if ur reading this u will find a bloody body in your closet hanging there haunting you and will kill you and ur family and if u want to stop this just sends this to 6 videos in 30 mins or this will happen good luck
Inspiring. Thank you for the words and examples of why to continue to continually practice, study, and even make a fool of yourself (even if you really didn't) with any dream one may have.
