@Randomer2112 anyone can be a bad home owner. it's a fallacy marijuana growers fuck up homes. the majority own their own home that they choose to grow in. therefore they take care of their homes. a registry would be costly and doesn't solve the problem. just throws more cash on the prohibition fire.
