Maybe it's got something to do with our "Look at Me" culture, where everyone thinks they're supposed to be the center of attention at all times and of course they usually have nothing of substance to offer (especially in bars). Gavin is playing for them and they're too busy talking about the same mindless stuff they could talk about an hour later when he's done. Dumb and dumber....

i was there about 6 feet from the stage and yes the crowd was disrespectful but there were many people around me very into it. I still don't know why people were yelling in the back.. but big gav's used to this. He's played thru it alot.. I'm sure he wasn't too stressed about it.

can't get over just how bad this crowd was. i wish i would have went to the portland show. not sure why so many people wanted to pay a 25 dollar cover charge to have their saturday night drinks at the tractor tavern if they weren't going to listen to the music.
