Oh I can assure you it can withstand the 30,000+ lbs of thrust this engine is putting out, and I can also assure you this engine is not quite at all. The deep rumble this thing creates can be felt right down to the bone!

@pasley21 I have recently been working B-1B's and I would say the F101 is probably a bit louder. The F110 and F101 are pretty much the same engine. The F101 has one less stage of fan and the overall diameter of the engine is bigger, but everything else is pretty much identical.
