it's a realy good video. i just wanted to confirm for people who may not be familiar that people with DID are different from those who are schizophrenic as this is an example by the filmmaker but those with DID do not have outside voices. DID is strictly inside. just an fyi. thanks for posting.
Interesting - me and my inner 'discussions or conflicts' and my contradictory 'actions' about different subjects like, p.ex. cigarette smoking, sexuality, my mother, some cultures, etc. Me and my selves. First time fascinated with DID. When and why it is considered a 'disorder'? Isn't every body like that? I LOVE THIS VIDEO.
Sometimes people with DID have blackouts. Sometimes the parts don't agree, or one bit takes over while another wants to front. Sometimes there just isn't room for everybody in one head. She'll want to go skating, she'll want to finish his work, he'll want to sleep with his wife but she's straight. I think the problem comes when somebody other than the original takes over.
I don't know if everybody's like this. But I bet a lot of people are.
amazing... what's the song that's playing while she's in the dance studio? just before she leaves? I wrote the last comment before i watched the entire thing...im not sure this is a girl with DID but a girl with an ED and the vid personifies ana/mia to show what we really feel and hear and fight everyday..
Damn that dark passenger.

I really liked this video alot. I feel that you captured pretty well the emotions an eating disordered person faces.

That was a fantastic ending. Really wonderful. Thank you for showing the complexities and the untied ending was perfect.

Thanks for the comment, i really appreciate the depth in your response. As for the song, I did this a while ago. I'm not sure, sorry

I agree with this comment.
To OP:
Great vid, but definitely captures more about what it is to suffer an eating disorder rather than DID
