Yes I think so. Wouldn't be able to do much its not very wide, maybe a little turbulence as it picks up, but when you get desperate to get your feet off the ground its there and not to far away. Coastal cliffs are still better but we keep hoping for a fun inland site. Hopefully facing South West.

nice. Is that hill flyable with a bit more wind? There arn't many possible sites in inland Suffolk.
