Sikh Procession through Nottinghm with Tram

I have a lot of respect for the Sikh community, as I have for all religious groups not intent on killing/brainwashing everyone else!!

The reason this is funny to me is the contrast between the religious symbology used with integrity by the sikhs compared to the religious symbology used on the advert on the tram. It is a comment on modern life. Anything that anydoby puts faith/energy into will be used by the advertising industry to make money with total disregard for peoples faith/feelings.

No disrespect to the people in the parade, but a dirty big old tram (advertising PowerGen) pulling up alongside a religious procession is pretty funny!

It doesn't quite fit somehow! ha..
