  • i just made this today. it was delicious! we werent sure what type of roast to get, there were so many to choose from. we got bottom round and it was perfect.

  • Hi my only thing is...how do you get the meat on the inside to be super tender and breaking apart? I've had difficulty with getting the meat on the inside to not be hard. Juices didn't penetrate their. Wouldn't it be better in this situation to cut it in several sections? Your recipe looks very delice.

  • Hey! I made this today (without mushrooms and pearl onions, cause I didn't have any) and it was absolutely amazing! Soooo delicious!

    I changed some things in the recipe, basing on ingredients that I had at home :) I used Jacob's Greek demi sec wine, big piece of pork and instead of seleries I used apples (they were extra delicious).

    So, thank's for the recipe, I'm going to try your way of it some day ;)
