This isn't his basement, it's a goalie trainers.

But, synthetic ice is pretty expensive. It depends on the thickness of the ice you want, also. And what brand. It would probably be around $800 to get the all the panels. Plus, you would have to install it, but that part is pretty easy

If you're only going to use it for shooting, just get plexiglass.  It can be any smooth suface, doesn't need to be synthetic ice. I would advise you to save your money and buy like a 4' by 4' plexiglass board.

nice glove save, but your glove looks huge and if it is, good luck adjusting to the new international spec. it took me forever to adjust to it. its too bad you cant do that drill in an actual rink though. and try to kick it away but have a man take the rebound if you cant clear it

about the whole putting the puck in a good position for the second shot that is a good idea however, this will develope bad habbits and u will do it in a game and it will cost u. also the size of the arena/ training arena is to small it only works on one zone and they are 2 other which will reek havick on you game during a game situation. trust me i trained in a arena same as that and my other zones went to shit

your a good goalie. the one thing i think this fake surface is bad for is that if a rebound is laying there, you can only stretch not fully recover into a V to get infront of the puck. it makes it too hard to slide

Unless that was what you were aiming for on the rebound save.. you need to work on rebound control and you're a pretty good goalie. and is that a full size net?

the whole point of the drill is to put the rebound in the area of the shooter so there is a second shot. In a game situation i would angle it more to the corner, but its just the point of the drill. Yes, it is a regulation size net
