i cried through this video:( i know what its like to loose someone, this was my second christmas without my dad, and because i was only 13 i found it hard to cope, and i took my anger out on everyone, but when i was with my horses i was a different person. it is still hard, and im very nervous around people now, but my horses keep me strong. your horse is so beautiful, and your riding is amazing. xxx

I know exactly what you're going through misses, and all I will say, is when you feel down or upset, let it all out - every bit of it. It's okay to. It's GOOD to.
