Most children don't realize that they may be thought upon with jealousy, which is sometimes the cause of bullying. Personally I didn't realize until I was older that I was bullied because I dressed a lot nicer than most of my peers. Parents, teachers, and adults do need to be aware of this problem and I am glad that someone has finally stepped up to make a difference, because as a victim of bullying it is a very terrible and uncomfortable disaster that no one deserves to go through.
This video really touched me because I too was a victim of bullying during my years in grade school. I'm from a rough neighborhood and I was always made fun of for my weight, or for being shy and suicide ran through my thoughts many days as a child. However I learned to love myself and that most people that bully only do it to make themselves feel superior. Bullying has really messed with me and hurt my self esteem and even to this very day.
My brother and his girlfriend made this video, and their organization is for such a great cause! "Like" Project ABC: Invisible Impact on Facebook! Every "Like" counts! Also, we're trying to get a mention of this organization on the Ellen DeGenerous show, if anyone would be interested in writing in about it, sending her this video, anything! Thanks so much!:)
