  • this just shows how far cm punk has come. hes gone from wrestling in the indys and in school gyms to being wwe champion in wwe the biggest wrestling company in the world. wow this is just amazing. i love cm punk he is awesome. i loved the shoot promo he did last year in the summer. he legit meant every word in that shoot and it wasent scripted he said it himself in a recent interview with rosenburg. cm punk was legit done with wwe but luckily this shoot promo changed everything and he stayed

  • 9:42 "here comes a long haired faggot" lmao.

  • love the White Winged Eagle custom made belt for this promotion

  • This has been better than any match with Hulk Hogan, Lex Luger, Kevin Nash, or Big Show.

  • Is LWS still operating, i would luv the chance 2 perform 4 them

  • If there was ever a reason to believe that with hard work and much sacrifice your dreams can come true... this is it. The guy who wrestled here in front of less than 500 performs in front of millions.

  • terrible commentating

  • 9:38 LMFAO

  • is this cm punk or eminem`?lol

  • how old was punk

  • @firestar30006 about 20

  • I am pretty certain there was an LWF show that aired on public access TV in Will County, Illinois that would have been the first or second post-farm land show venue recording that the LWF did. I think that would have featured CM Punk v. Trent Acid. That would've been the first video that I think would be in regular circulation featuring a post-wrestling school CM Punk.

  • whoever editted this video kicks ass. very nice production for an indie company

  • what kind of crap commentary is this.. are they trying to bury there own company

  • @kc70 Michael Cole does it every week works for him

  • @kc70 The LWF was this weird group of guys who ran a fledgling pseudo-backyard cum legit group that pooled their money to put on shows, wasted an alleged 1-2k on a WWF look-a-like belt, and paid to have commercials for their upcoming local shows during Raw, Nitro, and (for some odd reason) SpikeTV airings of the "Star Wars Trilogy." Here is the real kicker about the commentary, it could be heard through the venue's PA. How lame is that? I realize that wrestling is a work, but... come on.

  • Lol. The grunge rock. So 90s.

  • This was old school.

  • lol Supreme Aryan had everyone turned aryan for like 30 seconds.....creepy

  • Who would have imagined CM Punk would explode on the wrestling scene 6 years later in Chicago at ROH? CM Punk can carry any wrestling company.

  • Ironically that IC title belt looks a lot like the one Cody has in WWE.

  • I know I was at this match, towards the back by the doors to the LEMONT DOME!!! Fuck, to be 16 again...

  • @BillyWhack He's pretty sexy.

  • Punk coming out to L7's "shitlist". Feeling it!

  • Cult of personality

  • who would have thought that 13 years later, he would turn the wwe upside down in one promo

  • 1998 was a great year

  • that ring announcer is like..the Dane Cook of ring announcers.

  • All the entrance theme's are fuckin' awesome!!!

  • Love punk's theme music, thanks for the upload.

  • Wikipedia said he debuted in 1999.

  • Wow, this is probably about a year before PHIL stole thousands of dollars and half the ring. That kid got to be so much fun toward the end.

  • I love that crowd.

  • What's the name of Punks song?

  • @marcodx80 L7 Shitlist.

  • @94Lyght thanks :)

  • @marcodx80 anytime.

  • The Lunatic Wrestling Federation Intercontinental Title looks a lot like the WWF World Heavyweight Title from the 90's.

  • Alice in Chains ftw

  • This was is in the Lunatic Wrestling Federation, which cm punk started with his brother. It started as a backyard fed, but eventually they made enough money to move into a warehouse. Punk left because his brother was embezzling money from the federation.

  • @capnfooDRIVEin He shouldn't have left. He could have been a big star.

  • @BrianM8685 it's hard to stay when your brother is stealing thousands from the company

  • @capnfooDRIVEin I don't think you understood the joke I made.

  • @BrianM8685 just got it lol

  • Awesome, Punk was sporting Raven's grunge look and even had the same sandman tshirt.

  • @GlobalClassModding He ended up working with Raven later in ROH. They had an awesome feud. Colt Cabana was involved as well.

  • Hell, if thats a "backyard fed" these kids have some rich parents. And clearly that is not the same Supreme who would later eat everything he saw in XPW.

  • @spiritsoldier11 Pppffbtt HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!! That's epic!

  • Hell, if thats a "backyard fed" these kids have some rich parents.

  • Uh... wow. He's come a looong way!

    Cool watch.

  • oooh ! Actually, that's kinda funny :P

  • So...This must be that "backyard fed" that was just "goofing around" in. What a pudd.

  • @mrstupidface666 You wouldn't want to get paid the big bucks?

  • shit list
