Seriously, what a guy! RE: motorcycles, I broke down on my motorcycle when I was about 17 years old and a passing biker stopped to offer help, when he took his helmet off it was Stuart..... i just wish I could thank him :-( As for his sponsorship for bike racing, I remember the Big Country race team at Knockhill race track, they used Kawasaki GPZ900's back then.
It's so hard looking at this to believe that this was someone who suffered so greatly from alcoholism and depression. I just recently got in to BC and I'm so glad that all of this great material exists and is around for us to still discover and share Stuart.
you know i get more and more suprised that every couple of months i actually return to youtube the more great stuff i see on my absolute hero! from a spotty teenager who followed the Skids to B.C till my 45th year and hopefully beyond it just brings back so many, many great past memories and experiences, if i knew at the time what would transpire, like you i would have taped every given opertunity, cause they are so many,so well done and thanks for sharing....dreams stay with you
Thank you! I am glad you are enjoying these BC videos :-)
I have quite a few... lots of clips collected on VHS over the years, then recently transferred them all to DVD to preserve them. Thought I would make my own Big Country YouTube channel to honor my heroes. I've got loads more, but lots of them are already uploaded by others so I'm just trying to upload different and interesting things other Big Country fans can enjoy. Thanks for commenting, really appreciate it! Stay Alive!!!
