@LuvMyBirdies Jumping spider or not -- if it crawls into the mouth of my Venus Fly Trap, then it's probably going to get eaten, eaten alive! If I'm close by at the time, I'll grab my camera and document it. Please don't get your panties all up in a bunch, it's just nature doing what nature does.
@ExplosivoHLBB Fly you have always have annoyed humans and use them for your own personal gain, and take space in owners property and eat human's food well now you may see what its like to have your own personal space and be the food. Lets Play a game. Get off the plant within a invisable time limit. If you win you live if you lose you die. EhaHahEha
There is a sensitive area that if touched, the plant will close. It is also (somehow) smart enough to know to NOT close when certain other things hit that area; like rain for instance.
I don't care if they drop the damn things in the traps. I hate spiders and kudos to those who do this!

okay that sucked. that was a jumping spider. they are more intelligent than any other bug, and are friendly as well. absolutely horrible of you.
