Yes, the bird on the cover is a Bearded Belgian d'Uccle Mille Fleur... they are excellent breeders for me here... they are also pretty good broody hens... Sorry you had such bad luck!

The clip of the Mille Fluer D' Uccle is a BEAUTIFUL bird! Hey, is that you in there? Well, did you know that if you see a chicken with at least the first 1/3 from the top of the comb being purplish, it meens it has a lack of water, and needs it quick!
