I started threading my face for a while an once my face got used to that pain i went onto the epilator and i swear the epilator doesnt hurt at all anymore

and i just bought the braun 7891 epilator dual -venus, and looks like yours.

So i wanna ask you, how do you clean the machine , after shave the hair .

Do you clean in the water ? if , yes... do i have to take off the head cover ?

HELP! I just used my new epilator, the Braun Xpressive Wet Dry, on my legs and armpits. The armpits felt pretty smooth, but my let's fell roughy, like the hair kinda just broke off. How do I get smooth legs?

cant u tell us how u clean it? Can u clean it with just water and some regular soap? do u really need to clean it with alcohol?

i use alcohol on the tweezers and u get a small brush with it to get the hair's out

A tip for preventing ingrown hairs: exfoliate with aspirin. Aspirin has salicylic acid in it which dissolves dead skin cells and it's anti-inflammatory. Aspirin is quite expensive where I live, I don't know about the UK, but I ask my uncle who lives in the US to send bottles of cheap aspirin over... When you put a few drops of water on the aspirin it will dissolve and also have a gritty aspect to it which is good to exfoliate with.. Good luck!

I've read many reviews on this product, and people have said its not as effective when used in the shower, it misses a lot of hairs and breaks instead of plucks. I'm just saying this to give people a heads up. And does anyone know where i can buy different covers for my Braun silk epil 7280 epilator? I would like a smaller over like she has for my bikini area! Thanks! Good review btw[=

@InTheMomment yeah it is less effective in the shower because the hair is wet and more prone to breakage, but it works really well dry :)

Hi I have it too, good review except the one you said for your bikini is the face one the underarm one is also the bikini one but it honestly doesn't matter which one you use where its just what you feel comfortable with. Also a tip for the underarms I have only done them about 3 times but today I discovered the best way to do it is in a warm bath with some form of gentle soap, soak in the bath for about 5 - 10 mins and just start in the bath with your underarm underwater after you get a few

@Driablo425 sorry I was on my boyfriends youtube. Anyway after you get a few hairs out sit up and lather some soap on it then start at the back outside and do it quick having a break every few strokes eventually you get used to it

@rockonmakeup my sister has sensitive skin and she uses it on her face and legs. it just hurts alot more for her but she got used it ....i would recommend that you have your face threaded a because its the same sensation as that but just faster with the epilator! x

I bought a Braun silk epil xpressive today costed 120 dollars? only difference with mine is that its the one with the cord(with pink instead of blue like yours)Braun SE7280 Silk-Epil Xpressive Epilator i did my bikini area with the trimmer/shaver cap..IT WAS EPIC HOW FAST IT REMOVED MY HAIR, AND NO PAIN AT ALL :Dya! i went all the wayi tried to epilate my legs a lil too tho i shaved last night. it hurts a lil but its bearable (i dont like the red dots tho-hope i dont get veins lol)

uhm for an exfoliator for your legs and also body and face, is de clerisonic plus amazing its expensive tought but it does really do a good job and otherwise when your not sure.. than you can just type in on youtube: clerisonic plus revieuw and you get a LOT of good revieuws so go ahead and watch it!

They also say that it removes hairs the size of a grain of sand..do you find this is true?

@TheMoanymoan hello, im glad you found the video usefull!.... To remove the tiny tiny hairs i just use different directions. so instead of just going in upward motion i also go left and right so it really does get all the hairs...and also becuase its twezers it does remove individual small hairs....so id say yes it does remove hairs the size of a grain of sand.

And at first when i used this i used it about once every two weeks and then the more i used it the less often my hair grew and used it.
