  • I stopped doing the splits, lifes got a bit busy so its hard to do my stretches :-/

  • woah i hope you were stretched out wayyy more than what i saw. if not your going to hurt yourself. just saying. next time take away the sofa and put  pillow in between your legs and hold it for 2 commercials on tv. that helped me a ton. =]

  • With alot of practice and dedication, not very long! Just got to keep at it!. Some days you will feel like your not getting anywhere and others you will see an improvement =]

  • Sadly iv let it slip, since the last vid college work just took off and slowly stopped stretching often. So i don't think i will be doing another vid till i get back to where i was and more, which i don't know when that will be.

  • Woah that was good, Box splits where you are facing forwards are way way more difficult though. Scissor splits are easy.

  • I think it depends on the person, everyone is different. Personally, I agree with your comment. But things that are difficult for me may be really easy for someone else, and the other way around

  • how are u progressing now, can u hold it in that position for 20-40 seconds, a good time to hold the splits for someone a bit more advanced is 1 minute feel free to post any updates

  • Once you get past that point, and you practice everyday, you should have it within a week or two. :3 I just got my right-leg splits down. I worked with the chairs...<3
