The repetitive dowstrokes around 1:12 killed the rythm of the song, but interesting cover. Strange to here a uk accent actually in a song. Its usually lost in the vocals.

@Harbourone The repetitive downstrokes around 1:12 changed the rhythm temporarily - it didn't kill anything. It's what came out naturally according to her interpretation, I thought it was great. Don't watch out for those downstrokes, play it how you feel it, some people will like it, some won't, but be true to who you are as a musician.
