  • shut the hell up dude, you are bla bla in this song! and the song is great!

  • @jellyrollbaker

i totally agreed he needs to shut up.

  • Can someone put the original on here that would be great

  • Very Effective!

  • i cant believe the lack of bobby blue bland on youtube. god bless ya

  • cool

  • I was 4 years old and in my bed for the night...my mom heard this on the radio and got me out of bed...drove across town with me in my pajamas to "Wolf's Records" in West Oakland to buy this record cuz she had to have it...that's one of my most vivid memories from being 4 years old...is it any wonder I'm a fanatic about music today?

  • Don't I remember! The song and West Oakland.

  • Your mom is a very special woman! That's a great memory.

  • Yes she is...VERY SPECIAL WOMAN...I'll always Love her...and Bobby Blue Bland is a very special blues singer...my favorite in fact

  • Thanks for the memories, Mom loved Bobby and BB. This and I pity the fool take me back to Montgomery, Ala. listening on the stairs as the adults played tunk, bid whiz, ate fried fish and talked adult talk, sneaking to my room when i heard their footsteps..Love it,great story in the lyrics.

  • Preach it, Bobby!

  • mmmmmmmm baby oh yeah

  • I love Bobby Blue Bland. He and BB King made a couple of live recordings back in the 70s. They were fantastic. If you haven't heard it, then you've gotta get it.

  • Great taste in music!

  • i like your style-baby.

  • You are man after my own heart, brother. Ditto on Wayne Bennett. Deadric Malone lives. Propers also to Joe Scott.

  • The Man with the blues most underrated guitarist...Wayne Bennett

  • So incredibly true. I was priviledged to get to play with Wayne Bennett in New Orleans before his passing from emphysema, and his talent and ability is yet unmatched on any stage I've yet been on. He had the coolest stories to tell, and in rehearsal he had the warmest mentoring attitude, even if he was able to demolish the confidence of any other guitarist simply by showing them warm up scales. He noted my biggest fault on bass; "play more legato, and give your notes their full value."
