How's this game feel when you play it? Does the gameplay feel genuine? I don't have a Windows installation atm so I can't check the demo, but it looks great. Looks can be deceiving sometimes, and even slightly altered jump physics (from Fusion/Zero Mission) might make gameplay awkward.

@jvdthwip No, it feels very genuine. If I remember correctly, Doctor M64 got his demo taken down from MegaUpload or Depositfiles because they don't support the use of "Pirated games" aka they mistook his game for a legit one.

1 - it's to give you situations to practice these essential moves and to find opportunities to sequence break.

Both the bosses on this were so, so easy. Kraid, you just jump up and shoot his mouth until he dies, and Ridley, you shoot his fireballs to get missiles then just blast him with them.

In my opinion, The Metroid Prime series was better than super metroid but that might be on behalf of the fact that I have never played Super Metroid.

@rnomuere That's true. Metroid prime was very disappointing in that it didn't feel like Metroid. 1st person shooter was the wrong way to go. This game belongs in the side scrolling category.

i just played this today and found a cool glitch where you can do infinite jumps i had the high jump,morph ball, spazer, bombs etc. all you do is jump up to the peek and NOT diagnal where it makes you do flips when your at the peek of the jump just press down down up up fast this makes you go morphball then when you un morphball it shoots you up like if u were to jump in midair you can keep doing this in the air its really fun

Hey man, how do you speed boost in while morphballed? I tried that a few times and couldn't do it, so I figured it couldn't be done.

Well, It's not very hard, but it's do-able...all you need to do is just jump straight up (don't lean left or right while moving) it should work...if not, send me a message and I'll discuss this further with you.

JCvgluvr, have you played a Metroid game? Most of the hidden powerups are not in obvious places. Unless you have something like Power Bombs, you probably won't find all of them. So the design is spot on.

Well done. Some of those secrets are simply ludicrous. How would someone know that one wall is fake? How would you know that one specific tile is breakable, leading to the super missile AND a missile expansion?! That isn't the best type of game design, IMO.

But that doesn't make your skills any less impressive. So, did you find everything yourself, or did you have help?

Well, I did know in advance where the items where located with a premade map. BUT that still didn't tell me where they where specifically hidden or how to get them. after all knowing is only half the battle!

No, I understand that. If the environment seems to be hiding a secret, it probably is. What I don't like is when it isn't at least hinted at, even slightly. That's what I'm complaining about. There's nothing intuitive about it. It's all blind guesswork.
