  • Thanks for help sure bet my wife be happy now lol

  • Since the Kirby shampoo is a little costly, could I use anything else? Could I use a small amount of Mr Clean or Pine Sol?

  • @ilostmysocks1025 Absolutely not.

    Kirby uses DRY FOAM shampoo.

This system is designed to apply suds, let them dry, then vacuum up the residue.

  • Awesome instructions. Simple and to the point. Lost my book, wouldn't have been able to do it without your vid.

  • Thanks for the video, good instructions. We were having problems with soapy water spraying out without foaming. We discovered that the screen kept falling out of place. We heated up the tank neck where it connects to the screen, and used pressure to try and shrink it down a little. Now the screen stays in place and it works beautifully!

  • i work for kirby n trust me these machines work

  • Thank you so much - the written directions were too confusing to follow. Your video instructions made my day!

  • @ifistpump8 Kirby Dry foam shampoo.

  • Thanks so much for posting! My kirby "schooling" was pathetic, so this was very handy!

  • What should I do if it doesn't start? I did everything on the video on how to install it and everything in here but when I turn on it just didn't do anything.

  • @GreenButtercup1 Give me a call and i can help you out.

    Thanks,

  • @travistarpy I already call customer service and all it needed was to adjust the shampoo tank it was a little loose. Thank you anyway, and thanks for all this videos

  • very helpful! thank you!

  • you just made my life.

  • Thanks I guess I've been doing it wrong the whole time

  • i used to do demos - ive seen these things work friggen miracles on carpet. wouldn't own anything but a kirby!

  • Thank you!

  • very helpful!

  • This is great, had a rough idea on how to use the shampooer, but with no instructions, iI really didn't want to mess up, many thanks :)

  • These tutorials are fantastic ! Thanks.

  • Anyone have any idea why my level of extraction is declining? I replaced the brush with a new one thinking that the bristle tips weren't contacting the "scrape off" area of the pickup tray but it's barely removing any foam.

I used to sell these and would do 3-4 demos a day and recall very well how much it's supposed to extract.

    Any tips would be appreciated.

Again: It dispenses well but removes only a little trickle. Yes the carpet is vacuumed and shampooer is clean before starting.

  • @Pinckney12 I would make sure those two plastic strips are still attached to the bottom of your suds tray.

  • @travistarpy ive had the kirby for a while, but never used it. now that i am using i wanna empty out the bag full of dirt, but im confused, am i suppose to empty it or replace it with a new bag? because mine didnt come with extra bags.. help please?

  • @twistedferrets You need to replace the bag.

Go to ebay and buy some replacement bags.

You are using an inner bag correct?

  • Awesome, thank you.

  • i love these tutorials! So much better then the dvd mine came with. much more helpful with a lot more tips!

  • Thank you!

  • i love your accent nd you are very cute!

  • You should actually dispense the soap, then turn off the soap dispenser and go over it that way for a bit to pick up dirty foam. Then you wait and go over it with the vacuum later.

  • I used to sell the Sentria so I know how to use the shampooer, but I'm buying an ultimate G tomorrow, do you know if all the attachments and the shampooer are operated the same way? I haven't had a chance to look at the Ultimate G yet.

  • man that carpet looks brand new!

  • thanks for the help. :)

  • Thanks for your help!

  • Super helpful. Thank you.

  • thanx
