So, if you want to translate the title in terms of the song, you don't have to stick the word "romantic" ??

'romantic' in this song should be interpreted as 'romance'.

This one originally appeared as the theme song for a TV drama series called "Maido Osawagase Shimasu" in January 1985. The show made jocular features of mid-teen sexual activity and middle-aged adults' adultery, and it caused a sensation by including many nude or naughty scenes. That's why the song became a big hit at the same time.
