I did like Alex and Lexi together it was cute, but Mark and Lexi were in love and they were perfect together. I will be upset if they don't get back together. Alex needs to find a girl for himself who isn't crazy, suicidal or not over there ex. Alex is my favorite character. I hated Izzie, and was very ecstatic when she left. She never fully committed to Alex, she never got over Denny, then she didn't get over George (Extremely pissed they killed him off) Alex needs better, he deserves better

I definitely think Mark and Lexie will get back together next season. In the promo pictures, there was a scene with Mark and Lexie outside the hospital after the crisis that got cut. Shonda said there was 18 minutes of the finale that will be on the DVD. They were holding hands as they came in so I'm curious to see what they said during that missing scene.

Shonda gave an interview to EW and she said that Lexie didn't choose Alex in the finale. it's what we've all been saying, that her choosing Alex was all about the guilt and panic of the situation and not a clear and real decision. S says that's there still hope for Mark and Lexie getting together again next season.
