You are very, very good and make it look so easy. I know there are many hours of practice there, and probably an excellent instructor or two, but you look like a natural.
I agree with murfdogga. Paper is a lot better than easy tape one thing about easy tape is,its not thin like paper. dude your funny filtering peoples comments
For a different & very complete instructions on how to use the hawk & trowel, check out the drywallgall. His name is Laurier Desaurmeux & I think that he is the best manual drywaller that I've ever seen on youtube. No offense intended for these guys on this video b/c they also do a great job as well. But Laurier does his taping & mudding in a way that leaves almost NO sanding in the end. Meaning his finishing technique is superb & very explanatory to DIYers. Peace.
2 Coats Hmmm suposed to be 3 ether 2 filler one joint cement machine taping 3 joint cement. You can do the ceiling and walls in any order makes no difference. Mark .................... tapeandjointer . c o m
@person8203 Thanks for the comment. You can use the scrim tape in internal corners but only if both tapered edges are married up. For external corners they do a special tape which is reinforced by metal and bends in half. I hope this is helpful. Many thanks TSTV.
Hi, I would plasterboard the ceiling first definitely, the reason for this is once the ceiling is boarded, the plasterboard you place on the walls give the ceiling boards more support. I hope this helps. Many thanksTSTV

Easy tape is the wrong way to tape in, use a paper tape and do it properly if youre going to post videos on youtube...

when you plasterboard a room do you have to do the ceiling first? or walls or does it matter what order
ishoa1 1 year ago
@ishoa1 shouldnt matter
JohnnyBhoy11 1 year ago
@ishoa1 like the other say, i'd board the ceiling first.
it's always the worse to deal with, get it out of the way and the wall boards will help support it later
i like the video btw!
