No you idiot! Don't you know how to read the map? Wat Phu does not belong to Cambodia because it is not in Cambodian territory. The temple is in Champasack, Laos!
Last I checked, the Lao people never claimed that they had built the temple, in fact, the fully acknowledged that it was built by the Khmer people during a time when the Khmer Empire used to rule practically all of SE Asia.
This video is about tourism and promoting Wat Phu as a great place to visit is actually a good thing for the Khmer people, it will educate foreigners about the builder of the temple and the ingenuity of our people's once glorious empire.
