don't worry folks, people are either gonna get smarter or everyone is going to be hippies, because the system as it stands will not last...so right-wingers and other aholes, like one suposed leftie I listened to tonight, can take their facile criticism of hippies and shove it up their ass. I was a kid and knew a few hippies and have met a few former ones, too. HIppies are an easy target but they rock more than most people, especially douches that attack them blithely.

TheRealCritique. Many a Hippie had more brains in their baby toe and more fiber in their soul than many a pundit today. At least hippies got the questions right and had some good ideas for anwsers. Not all the ideas were good but who gets it all right? If I had to choose I'd rather be a hippi than a filthy rich wall street tycoon who made his bones by cheating hard working people.

In response to the the hippie dream. I'd love to b living off the land. We have to recycle old material and spot feeding the systems that hurt our earth. All I see are the fuckin red light cameras in the city though. Ever been to a Rainbow Gathering? I can even get to the one in my own state. Maybe next year or 2025. Now *that* is an understatement! Ever try and live off the land completely? It aint easy but I sure would love to try. To do it partially...that is a good start. Many are growing their own gardens these days. I hope we stick with it. We throw away waaaaaaaaaaaaay to much stuff. Re-use is the way to go. Mankind is obviously quite greedy as a whole. Me me me. I want I-I-I.....

Can't get enough of this one! That bass line is nasty and goes well with the howling guitar work. Man, cg I think you could produce documentaries and be very successfull at it. I watched one on neil the other night, the audio-video production was good but I think you would have a better eye and feel for it than most.

Hi Geoff. Have you seen the movie Dead Man with Neil doing the soundtrack? Neil has donated to a lot to Native American causes. I love his Native American influenced songs. In my opinion he dresses a bit like an Indain at times.

As far as my videos I'm an amateur. I do it for enjoyment and desire to create and share. I have done a couple videos for other people. I'm learning all the time.

I like psychedelic art. I like the way it can "play with the mind". Alot of it is like playing with words. It can open up different aspects of things. You can get lost in it quickly. Neil stripped down and bare reminds me of A Native American Chant,His guitar a tom-tom beat that cuts clean and true, His Voice, The Very Call Of Longing. That is Why He resonates so in My DNA. So true. There have always been hippies and there always will be in one form or another. I'm sure you know of Neils love for the Indian culture and his fascination with it. When I grew up I was always drawn to be an Indian rather than a cowboy. Riding bareback, long hair, wild and free. I do have High regard for real cowboys. Tough work! We all have the longing you speak of and Neil is so great at expressing it. It's clear you are a seeker. Love it! ~cg
