Pacquiao barely had a scratch on him, thats not how you defeat a champion. Look at Pacquiao's fights against Hatton, Cotto and Marge - they were busted up. In any boxing match controversies exist, rounds potentially scored differently. Every verdict is a wrong decision now, look at the shit over Peterson vs Khan. This is almost a standard defence. Pacquaio dissapointed some fans, who obviously expected a knock out or huge win, but it was a solid display over the distance.

When me and my Filipino buddies are watching the whole fight, after it was finished we are already leaving the venue because we thought Pacquiao really lost the fight, but until then we were very surprised by the decision because he still won. We really cheer with relief, and trust me a lot of Filipinos here in the Phil really thought that Marquez won. He's a very good fighter.

Marquez’s punches which hit Pacquiao in the nape were not also scored by the judges because those were not legal hits, never mind if referee Tony Weeks failed to warn the Mexican challenger about those “rabbit” punches.
Pacquiao knows he lost the fight. Marquez won 8 and Manny won 4 even if you wanna give him 5 as a gift for trying so hard to beat Marquez he still loses.

Pacquiao barely had a scratch on him, thats not how you defeat a champion. Look at Pacquiao's fights against Hatton, Cotto and Marge - they were busted up. In any boxing match controversies exist, rounds potentially scored differently. Every verdict is a wrong decision now, look at the shit over Peterson vs Khan. This is almost a standard defence. Truthfully speaking, I always have great respect for Marquez after giving Pacquiao 3 very tough fights. When me and my Filipino buddies are watching the whole fight, after it was finished we are already leaving the venue because we thought Pacquiao really lost the fight, but until then we were very surprised by the decision because he still won. We really cheer with relief, and trust me a lot of Filipinos here in the Phil really thought that Marquez won. He's a very good fighter.

Guys, Im a Pacquiao fan, and I just watch boxing and enjoy it, but to be honest, I really had Marquez ahead by at least 2 points. But i could tell both fighters might have burst of punches but like emanual said you have to take a championship not just win it. Did you see marquez's face? it was bruised and swollen and manny only problem was tht cut on the eyebrow. Otherwise manny won by very very close. @slash92gibson pacquiao was clearly the effective aggressor in the fight and when marquez starts to be aggressive himself pacquiao now lands his countershots at him now pac is much effective counter puncher himself but marquez wouldn't engage to it he then just sticks to counterpunching too much which had lead him to loose the decision and failed to impress the judges and he wasn't totally effective as counterpuncher defensive fighter in this fight just look at bad his face looks.

Danrex emphasized that as a judge, he observes four rules in scoring the fight, namely: 1) effective aggression; 2) clean and hard punching; 3) ring generalship; 4) defense. The challenger must take the fight to the champion and must prove that he deserves to be installed champion by convincingly defeating the defending titlist.

Marquez’s punches which hit Pacquiao in the nape were not also scored by the judges because those were not legal hits, never mind if referee Tony Weeks failed to warn the Mexican challenger about those “rabbit” punches.
