this guy is a really amazing performer...i saw him live at my church one time...he got to the bridge...and was getting into it like he does here at about 2:32 ...but then..his gstring just breaks in a catastrophic...DOINK!!!....he keeps playing the bridge...then he starts singing again...ONLY ONE THING DOSENT CHANGE ...EVEN WHEN YOUR G STRING BREAKS!!!..whole church bursts into laughter...best moment ever...KEEP IT UP COLMAN!!!
lol my mom heard this song in her car, she came running in the house telling me to put up on youtube. its a good song. awesum lyrics. he's got new fans!! =]
This is a great song! I'm all for clapping. If I clap at a performance like this, it is for God's gift of talent to the band, and for the band performing. Why not clap for it all?
moonlightcape I think often people do clap the band.... or we just do it out of habit. I do think sometimes it's better NOT to clap... I have been in quite a few services when the clapping just didn't fit the moment.....
I never said I was good, you did. I was stating an opinion, since we are all entitled to favoring or unfavoring a song, a chorus, a verse, etc. The vibe I received from the end was not very worship-like but hey, maybe Paul was going for more of a performance feel. 'Now you can clap.' I am a worship leader for my church in South Sacramento. I welcome constructive feedback, I believe Paul Coleman would too. God bless ya, Os.
WoW is all I can say!! I have definetly questioned all the things Paul talks about in this song at some point in my life, yet everytime I fall Christ is there to lift me back up again. He's neverfailing! His LOVE REMAINS!! He really loves me like He says he does. Praise Jesus!
Thanks guys for sharing your personal experience with Paul. It just confirms what I have felt my heart about him. That's exactly how he comes accross, even though I haven't met him personally. It's nice that there are some 'famous' people out there with a genuine and really Christ-like heart like Paul has.... Also thanks for posting this, awesome sound quality!
I have another from a month ago...got to talk to him for a full 20 minutes, and let me tell you, although I probably should've been a giddy little schoolgirl meeting my hero, I wasn't...because he's a real person who genuinely cares. He may be a star with his guitar but has not a hint of rockstar ego. As far as I'm concerned, Mr. Paul Evan Colman is the bees knees!
Agree 100%. I met him at the Newsboys Go Tour stop in Clearwater and he couldn't have been any nicer (he even remembered my best friend and I from the sign we held up!). I get to see him at his solo show in 3 weeks!!
If a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod and he dies at his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, he survives a day or two, no vengeance shall be taken; for he is his property. Ex 21:20-21
You may also buy them from among the children of aliens among you, or from their families, whom the begot in your land. These shall become your property: you may keep them as a possession for your children, for them to inherit as property for all time. Such you may treat as slaves. Lev 25:44
This is a wonderful song. It is so much the way I feel..questioning everything. But God, You held me all the time! Thank you so much for holding me and not letting me go.
Crying out from the church, the doomed lives already enslaved. Voices from the shadowy realm, the beginning of the end. Powers of darkness encircle the light as he bursts from the earth. The sound of his voice from his kingdom calls to me. Releasing the holy hypocrisy. Black magic working, evil spells cast. Rise from the earth, you will rise. Evil in their eyes blasphemy. Church of christ dies while Satan survives. Seizing power in Satan's name. A life of death is what he craves. Hail Satan!
Love. This. Song. I may question everything else in my life, but I will never question God's love for me. <3

Paul Colman is one of my all time favorite artists. I really hope one day he makes his way to Atlantic Canada.

The Chief of Police, Mr. Charles Craft, does an awesome job on bass guitar. Paul is hilarious @ 2:54 -- great song! Janne, thanks for posting it.

Coulda done without that last bit. Clapping is for God, not the band. Nice song tho, like the chorus

What are you doing for the kingdom? Since you are so good at to pick on somebody.
