id get a VIXIA HF S11, its a canon camcorder that has tuns of thing that i don't understand, but it does have a 10x to 200x zoom with three difforent speeds and has a manual exposure and can run on sd cards, and i understand and want all that...i think its a little over $1000 though but i dont know if it Canadian or US $
