I've noticed too the similarity between Russian Orthodox antiphons and (older) Latin Catholics hymns as well. Yes, this does sound a lot like Orthodox liturgical song leading up to the Divine Liturgy of the Eucharist. I only wish the Roman Church would rediscover the beauty of their own liturgy before it got "Improved"!
AMAZING! They hit the second harmonic at several points in the rendition. I've only heard Buddhist monks manage that. Wonder if that was intentional or were several brothers just matched perfectly in pitch?
No Catholic worships Mary. We pray to her for help and graces and intercession. She leads us to Jesus, Jesus leads us to the Father, and the Father sends the Holy Spirit, and the Father gives us to Jesus. A wow - the chicken or the egg thing. Isn't the Holy Trinity mysterious? But wait - God is Love. Love God and you, too, can know God.
@coachkfan1 here where i live, last saturday the bishop commended our diocese to the immaculate heart of Mary and the blessed heart of Jesus. It was a great day for us !!

Just open your heart to her immacculate love and let her love you. Jump into her mother´s arms and let her protect you.

@mark200457 thank you. I just tried to share what i realize as real as i live it.
For many yrears i belonged to those people who were shaking head on those who are worshiping her.
But after my conversion i learned quite fast, that Jesus Christ, who said "I am the path, the truth and the live" are true, and that the way of getting closer to him, of finding out that HE really IS what HE says, can be found and walked by taking mother Mary´s guiding hands
Amen.
MOM'S ORIGINAL SIN was ERASED by DAD, not JESUS CHRIST. If MOM HAS NO ORIGINAL SIN, MOM HAS NO PERSONAL SINS: MOM IS IMMACULATE. MOM'S ONLY DUTY IS to ERASE our ORIGINAL SINS. Our PERSONAL SINS MUST BE ONLY ERASED by DAD. In Particular cases, DAD CAN PERSONALLY DO IT, generally, DAD WOULDN'T PERSONALLY DO IT, but THROUGH DAD'S Beloved Representative Ones like JESUS CHRIST. THESE TWO THINGS our SALVATION DEPENDS ON. DAD and MOM WILL DETERMINE our ETERNITY. Be THEIR GOOD KIDS. GOOD LUCK & THANKS.

It is uncommon to have a Gregorian chant transcribed for a polyphony. But if we lost the monophonic character of this prayer, we gain such a beautiful and sacred-spirit song!
It was painted in Poland, basic is the motive of painting at Tschenstochau sanctuary, the national shrine of Poland.
i once searched up a series of variations of "Our Lady of Tschenstochau", but it is more than a year ago now, so that i don´t remember where i found them on the net.
